SICK-OF-SCHOOL-WHINING

actually i'm feeling quite anxious that i don't do well for As.
seriously.
JC is tough man.
i don't even know how i actually got here and survived.
it all happens too fast for me to grasp.
sometimes i do regret coming but yeah, i know there's no use wallowing.
i love SA, don't get me wrong.
it's just that i feel unlucky to be in the situation i am in right now.
i just believe it could have been better.
but i always think of this as a blessing in disguise.
hopefully i'm right.
prelim is like around the corner.
and i still don't see myself scoring distinctions.
i tried really hard, i assure you, but really i don't see any much improvements.
disappointing to the extreme.
if i can't get into the course i want in U, i think i really should kill myself.
for i go through all this trouble in JC just to obtain easy entry into the U.
sigh.
sometimes i reach my utmost limit.
like i just feel like saying "OH, WHATEVER. SCREW IT."
and give up.
and don't give a damn.
but i can't.
so depressing la.

highlight of today : went to orchard just to go to the bank to buy bankdraft when actually there is one at toa payoh. then to popular to buy envelopes and next of cos to the post office to send the much-precious bankdraft, all these for the sake of paying MOE donation! wala wala wala.

some people in school just suck.
they think they are everything, but seriously, they are in their own world man.

tomorrow, both my SA classmates and my BTS ex-classmates are having BBQ!

06:10 : wake up.

07:25 : reached school. met timmy when scanning finger for attendance. walked to sc with him to meet joshua (my morning routine).

08:00 : balloon sculpturing. FUN. scary to twist the balloon here and there at first but it was getting better. i'm actually quite amazed by myself for learning so fast. and i didn't burst a single balloon! haha. created a dog, three small flowers and a big flower complete with the stalk and leaves within an hour. left them in the sc. together with cinny's. cos apparently we looked retarded carrying them around the cafe. hope nobody's hands are itchy and it's safe in the sc.

09:00 : break. till 10:00. sat in the cafe.

10:00 : henna drawing. entered the room and it smelled man! of something like medicated oil. partnered with cinny. the guy-in-charge drew our hands and it SUCKED so badly! luckily i only asked him to draw my left middle finger! all 4 of us hated what they drew for us. drew a flower on my own. MADE A NEW FRIEND today. her name is hui ping (is that the correct spelling?) she's super nice. she sat behind me during balloon sculpturing and talked to me cos she wanted to exchange her balloons with mine. then i met her and her group of friends again in henna. she drew for me a really nice design on my right hand! haha. she's very funny. i tried to wipe the drawing by the inexperienced guy but instead it became more orangy! sh*t la :(

11:00 : trip to MINT toy museum. by bus provided. it's a really cool place! at bugis. i can't believe i didn't know it exist. the manager gave us a tour. he's damn good. there are like thousands of toys from diff countries! and what we saw in the museum is only 10% of the owner's actual collections! i can only imagine. we were like speculating how rich could he be man! the museum actually received the second award for its architectural design, winning over vivocity which got third. the first is a mosque built by some woman in istanbul. this is a WORLD award we are talking about, not singapore. the toys there are as old as year 1800++. mickey mouse, tintin, popeye, felix, astroboy, teddy bears, all have histories one! coolness.



14:00 : went home. it was raining. took 145 from opposite national library. so damn long. i was drenched.

p.s. what i cooked yesterday: PAVLOVA dessert! looked like sh*t but it tasted fine, if not yummy! :)

short day.
details on learning fest coming up. but not now.
too lazy.
but today was quite a success.

arrrgghh.
stressed up again!
so much work, so little time.
i have tutorials to do, revisions to complete, and thousands of things to finish.
but zero progress.
hmm tmr is the start of learning festival.
i'll be teaching! infusing chem into cooking.
yeah i know. it sounds so sick and nerdy!
and anyone who knows me knows very well that i can't cook for nuts!
but come on, i need to teach during this learning fest to add into my SGC.
so. whatever.
i signed up for very bimbotic courses la, henna drawing, balloon sculpturing and trip to toy museum.
yup. get it right, it's TOY museum.
haha, it's my girlfriends' idea.
asked joshua to go also, he wanted but signed up late so the space was taken.
who asks you to be sick at the wrong time cheam??
anyway it's cheap, $5 for entry, normally it's way more.

ah yeaa, been sitting beside siang yee in class.
he's like sooooooooo irritating with a capital I!!!
woah, let me list down what he's capable of:
1. definitely a king of MONOLOUGE! his mouth can like just talk by itself 24/7.
2. he'll not let you fall asleep in class! he will disturb you till you are back fresh.
3. make your stomach aches, cos i've been like laughing alot, ALOT, cos of his lameness and nonsensical comments.
4. he can sabo you like mad la!
like last time, we were walking to gp class and i was saying, "i hope ms lee never come today."
and he agreed with me you know! but then as soon as we entered the class, he blurted out, " ms lee, mega said she wished you nv come so that no gp today! see, council somemore. " GREAT. but yeah, of cos, she didn't trust him haha.
and in class, whenever the teachers ask for volunteer to answer, he will just shout, "mega said she's dying to try!" i think you got what i mean yeah.
5. he will come out with stupid ideas but actually they make school life more fun.
example, there was one time he was scolding "F U." then i stared at him and he went "ok, let's make a bet. i won't swear for this week. if i win, then pay $1. vice versa."
haha and turned out he never swear! till like now. cool.
6. he will give you no privacy, very kaypo. borrow your phone, browse2, see your ipod and everything.

see, that's what i have to go through everyday in school. sigh! :(

when sy showed me (using the computer in SA library, btw. how inappropriate!) then i realised it's that girl from a show in channel 5 last time.

haha. it's disgusting btw.
